SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description
SSW NorCal operates an SMS messaging program to send appointment confirmations, reminders, water test follow-ups, customer service responses, and occasional promotional offers related to home water testing and treatment.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our form (or otherwise expressly opting in), you consent to receive recurring transactional and marketing text messages from SSW NorCal, including messages sent via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with us (typically 2–10 messages per month around the time of your appointment).
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SSW NorCal is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
5. Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send any additional messages unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers
SSW NorCal SMS messaging is available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Information collected through our SMS program is handled per our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Changes
We may modify or cancel the SMS program at any time, with or without notice. Material changes to these terms will be communicated by posting an updated version on this page.
